VISITOR ACCESS PROCEDURES

There are contactless entry tablets in the lobby for visitor self-check-in as part of the new contactless entry procedure at 1888 Century Park East. Contactless entry will facilitate in screening visitors more efficiently and responsibly prior to building entry and eliminate physical touch points and interaction during check-in. Tenants will be able to preschedule authorized visitors as a single, recurring, or group visit.

How do I submit a visitor request?
Tenants will register their visitor in the Angus service portal (http://requests.1888cpe.info/).
Click on “New Visit”. Click here to download the tenant user guide for visitor security.
Complete the required fields and click on “save”.
Visitor receives an email with property information and instructions to check-in. It includes a QR code and COVID-19 Health Declaration.
Visitor must agree to the COVID-19 Health Declaration prior to their visit. If a visitor does not agree with the Health Declaration, the QR code will not work and will receive an access denied notification during check-in. Visitor arrives and approaches the contactless entry tablet located at the lobby desk. Visitor will scan the QR code received on their mobile device. Visitors may also print the email received prior to their visit and scan the QR code. There is no need for ID exchange with security and physical distancing is maintained.
Both lobby security and visitor are notified of a successful or unsuccessful entry. If it is an unsuccessful entry, the contactless entry tablet will notify the visitor and security of the error reason. With check-in and arrival, an email is sent to the tenant contact that their visitor has arrived. Lobby security will key visitors to their designated floor unless otherwise instructed in the notes section. Visitors who do not have access to a mobile device will be manually checked-in via Angus by our security team. If a visitor is not registered upon arrival, security will contact the tenant to register the visitor in Angus and proceed with the check-in process.
