GENERAL BUILDING INFORMATION

Building Hours/Access Procedures 1888 Century Park East regular business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Tenants have 24-hour access to the building with a building access card. All tenant floors are locked. Tenant employees that do not have or have forgotten their building access card will be asked to contact an office colleague to swipe the employee to their floor. Building personnel are strictly forbidden from providing access into any tenant spaces for any tenant or contractor unless specifically directed by Building Management and the access has been authorized by the tenant. All visitors and contractors/vendors must be submitted via the work order system Angus Anywhere. Visitors must check-in with Lobby Security and all vendors/contractors must check-in with Loading Dock Security or Lobby Security. Building Access Cards Tenants may utilize their building access cards to access the building after-hours, on weekends, and holidays. Building access cards can also be used to access the parking garage if such access has been granted by the parking office. Building access card requests must be authorized by designated personnel in your office. A service request will need to be submitted via Angus for each new building access card or for any changes to an existing card, for replacements of lost or damaged cards, for discontinued cards, and for any changes in cardholder or access needs. Key and Lock Policy Upon move in, tenant will receive keys to their suite and mailbox. These will be available prior to the arranged move in date. Thereafter, you will be charged for additional keys. To order new keys, submit a service request in Angus. Please include the key number, which is found on any key that fits the lock. In most cases, our engineers will have the new keys ready within 24 hours and will deliver them to you personally. The same procedure applies for all lock repair requests. Deliveries All handheld deliveries may be made through the building lobby. Large deliveries must be coordinated with the Management Office for approval. Mail Service The mail room is located on the basement level of the building and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For outgoing mail, the mail slot is located on the lobby level near the freight elevator. Additionally, FedEx, UPS, and Norco outgoing boxes are also located in the Mailroom. If you would like to receive notifications of when USPS arrives to the building for delivery, please contact the Management Office to be added to the USPS distribution list.

TECHNOLOGY

Cabling & Riser Management: 1888 Century Park East uses D&M Communications to manage all work that takes place in the building’s Riser Closets.
