SERVICE REQUESTS

All requests for repair and maintenance, cleaning, security, and access are processed through the Building Management Office via the Angus work order system. How do I submit a service request?

Authorized users should submit all service requests through the Angus work order system.

Login to Angus.

Click on “New Service Request”. Select your floor, suite, request type, and provide a description of the request. You will also have the option to request an estimate for above-standard requests and attach photos.

Once the necessary fields have been completed, click on submit. Maintenance requests that are above-standard services will need to be approved by the authorized tenant contact prior to service being rendered. The tenant will be billed at the current hourly rates, plus materials, as determined by Building Management. Rates are subject to change.

The appropriate building service provider will follow-up with the authorized tenant contact on the open work order to seek resolution.
