One of the ways to achieve this is that we ensure our properties maintain LEED certification. 1888 Century Park East has been operating with a LEED for Existing Buildings initial certification since 2017 and LEED Platinum recertification since 2020. To achieve this highest level, the building reached a minimum of 80 points through energy & water efficiency, waste diversion, including annual indoor air & water quality testing to ensure a healthy building environment.
