In 2021, CommonWealth Partners achieved Fitwel Viral Response Certification with distinction, with the Center for Active Design providing us with third-party certifications of the policies & practices we have put into place to mitigate the spread of contagious diseases within buildings. Key topic areas we have focused on to mitigate viral transmission of contagious disease outbreaks such as COVID-19, include:

– Enhancing the Cleanliness, Air, and Water Quality of our Indoor Environments
– Encouraging behavioral change through Signage, Supporting Had Hygiene, and Policy Implementation
– Building occupant trust by increasing Communication and Enhancing our Contagious Disease Outbreak Preparedness Plans
